The Friends Club is a successful program for older men afflicted with Alzheimer's disease. It meets four mornings each week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) under the direction of a social worker. Club members are men in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease who experience memory loss and impaired judgment but are still able to independently care for personal needs, feed themselves, converse with others, and participate actively in club activities. A day at the Friends Club might include music, reminiscing, discussion of current events, an outing into the community, sports, games, educational programming and lunch.

The BJC strives to be modern, egalitarian, and creative while also strongly rooted in Jewish traditional values. We excel in full inclusion and participation of interfaith families, social action initiatives, spirituality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
We are proud of our longtime covenant with BHPC. Not only do we share the building, but we love our joint initiatives with the church and mosque.

BETHESDA JEWISH CONGREGATION
With a deep faith in God’s grace, in the unconditional love of Christ and in the Holy Spirit’s call for us to trust God and live out our faith in the world, David has joyfully pastored our church since 2009.
He grew up active in the Presbyterian Church in Dayton, OH and feels the spirit alive at Bradley Hills.
David comes to ministry out of a love for teaching and preaching. He enjoys walking life’s journey with people, particularly during times of challenge. He continues to be involved in areas of counseling and support at colleges and hospitals and finds it a privilege to care for individuals and their families spiritually, sharing joys and sorrows, and to help people grow in faith and in relationship with God.

The House of Ibrahim worships every Friday. Khutba begins at 1:30pm.
For Muslims, Prophet Muhammad is the most revered of all men. He is the last and most authoritative in a line of prophets that includes Moses and Jesus and is believed to have received direct revelations from God through the archangel Gabriel.
These revelations form the basis of the Muslim holy text, the Quran. The Quran refers to God as Allah, which is the Arabic word for God.
