The Board consists of Church members (4), current school parents (2), the Director of the Nursery School (all voting members) and four ex-officio members (BHPC Director of Christian Education, Treasurer, BHPCNS, Staff Members (2). Board meetings are open to the public. If you are interested in having an item added to a meeting agenda, you must notify the Chairman in advance. A copy of the school's bylaws and monthly minutes are available for review upon request in the office.

The BHPCNS Board is responsible for determining BHPCNS' mission and vision, approving the annual budget, evaluating the BHPCNS Director, recruiting and orienting new board members, setting major policy and other responsibilities required for the smooth operation of the school.
